This is a suit in equity brought against defendants Henry B. DeJarnette and La Von I. DeJarnette, lessees, and Marian Brown, administratrix of the estate of Louis P. Brown, deceased, lessor, as well as certain other named claimants who also furnished labor and materials to lessee in the construction of a golf range on lessor’s land.
