Ray Taylor (“Taylor”) appeals from the Labor and Industrial Relations Commis*41sion’s (“Commission”) order in which the Commission determined that Taylor had a thirty percent permanent partial disability in his left eye as a result of a work-related injury. Taylor argues that because the employer failed to timely answer, the Commission should have deemed admitted all facts alleged in his Claim for Compensation for purposes of its decision, including Taylor’s assertion that he suffered a seventy-five percent permanent partial disability to his left eye.
