FOREMAN, District Judge.

Appellant Marvin Dexter Linnear challenges the thirty-year prison term he received after he pled guilty in a cocaine conspiracy. Because we find that the district court correctly calculated the appellant’s sentence under the federal Sentencing Guidelines, we affirm the sentence.

I. BACKGROUND

The appellant was charged in a three-count indictment which alleged that Linnear and other members of a Los Angeles gang known as the East Coast Crips had conspired to operate various drug houses in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with drugs shipped in from California. Linnear pled guilty to…
