Judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County (Thomas Galligan, J.), rendered August 4, 1993, after a jury trial, convicting defendant of attempted murder in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to concurrent terms of 10 to 20 years and 5 to 10 years, respectively, and to a concurrent *138term of l1!2 to 41/2 years for violation of probation, reversed, on the law, and the matter remanded for a new trial.
