Bramhall, Justice:
This appeal relates to the necessity of proof of the continued existence of a fair trade agreement in a proceeding for criminal contempt arising out of an injunction against violating the agreement and to the sufficiency of proof of specific intent on the part of appellant to violate the injunction.
