In 117 Mich App 731; 324 NW2d 492 (1982), by a two-to-one vote, this Court reversed a jury verdict of guilty of first-degree murder in the within case. On March 29, 1983, the Supreme Court reversed the judgment of the Court of Appeals for the reasons stated in the dissent and remanded the case for consideration of the defendant’s remaining issues.
