The above-entitled cause is now being determined on appellants’ appeal on questions of law from the judgment of the Probate Court of Franklin county, Ohio.
Alfred Brenholts, of Columbus, Franklin county, Ohio, died testate in the early spring of 1939, leaving an estate of approximately $250,000. Under the provisions of his will he gave to his wife, Clara A.
