In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the infant plaintiff, etc., defendants appeal from an interlocutory judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered September 28, 1972 upon a jury verdict in favor of plaintiffs on the issue of liability, after trial upon that issue only. Interlocutory judgment reversed, on the law, and new trial granted, with costs to abide the event. The appeal did not present questions of fact.
