Appellant filed suit to foreclose a mortgage. The facts are stated in an original opinion filed herein on March 17, 1931. On final hearing in the lower court the decree was in favor of the defendant although the bill was not dismissed. The original opinion in this case reversed the decree. Motion for rehearing was presented and granted.
