MEMORANDUM OF OPINION AND ORDER
SCHWARZER, District Judge.
A. Introduction
These actions bring before the Court issues concerning the removal from state to federal court of actions asserting antitrust claims. The increasing frequency with which these issues arise in the district court, their complexity, and the confusion which they tend to generate warrant giving them comprehensive consideration here.
