This is an appeal from part of a judgment entered in favor of the appellants in the court below, for the foreclosure of a land contract made with the defendant.
The parts of the judgment complained of are: 1. That the court did not find the value of the timber cut by the defendant as great as it should have found. 2. That the court found that the title of the timber cut from the lands of’ the defendant, was in the defendant, and not in the plaintiffs. 3.
