In this action brought by plaintiffs Prudential Insurance Company of America (“Prudential”), Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America (“Teachers”), State Street Bank and Trust Company (“State Street”) and Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co. (“Manufacturers”), to rescind the purchase of certain notes issued by defendant BMC Industries, Inc. (“BMC”) under note agreements dated December 13, 1984, BMC has moved for a preliminary injunction seeking to enjoin plaintiffs from enforcing the notes and accelerating any debt owed by BMC to them pursuant to those…
