Before the Court is an Application For Final Payment Of Attorney’s Fees And Expenses (“Application”) filed by Robert R. Barron, P.C. (“Applicant”) on September 6, 1994. The Applicant seeks approval to apply a $2,490.00 prepetition retainer to approved fees and expenses.
