— On August 3, 1951, the Court of Common Pleas of Fulton County entered an order directing that the ballot box of Tay*194lor Township be opened to enable a recount to be made of the votes for the Democratic nomination for the office of county treasurer at the primary election held on July 24, 1951. The order named the persons by whom the recount was to be made and fixed the time and place for opening the box.
