Appellant complains that at the audit of the executors’ final account no provision was made for the payment of its claim for rent for the unexpired term of a lease of premises in which testator conducted a department store. The term was fifteen years, beginning May 1, 1936. The rent was $1,500 a month plus taxes and other charges which, the parties agree, increased the monthly rent to about $1,935.27.
