Petitioner County of Los Angeles (the County) seeks extraordinary writ relief to compel respondent court to vacate its order granting real party in interest Cynthia Anderson-Barker’s petition for writ of mandate, brought pursuant to the California Public Records Act (CPRA) (Gov.
