• Appellee, a corporation organized under the laws of this State for the purpose of building a hospital in the city of Conway, filed an amended complaint, in which it alleged that, on November 12, 1923,-the appellant, B. T. Laney, Jr., contracted and agreed in writing to purchase bonds issued by appellee to the amount of $1,000, at par, and bearing interest at 4 per qent., as shown by a copy of the agreement made an exhibit to the complaint.
