Plaintiff, Payment Alliance (“PAI”) brings this action to enjoin defendant Manuel Ferreira (“Ferreira”), a former executive employee at PAI, from commencing employment with Cynergy Data, Inc (“Cynergy”). PAI alleges claims for breach of contract, breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing, misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair competition, unjust enrichment and breach of fiduciary duty.
