Plaintiff alleges four causes of action against the defendants American Iraq Shipping Company, Harry K. Barr and the Barr Shipping Company. The complaint was dismissed during trial as to the American Iraq Shipping Company. The remaining defendants are referred to, hérein, as Barr.
