NATURE OF CASE
Byron March was convicted in the district court for Scotts Bluff County of two counts of first degree assault and one count of burglary. March was sentenced to 8 to 16 years’ imprisonment on one first degree assault conviction, 2 to 4 years’ imprisonment on the second first degree assault conviction to be served consecutively, and 1 to 2 years’ imprisonment on the burglary conviction to be served concurrently with the other sentences.
