In Case Nos. A01A0342 and A01A0343, appellants-defendants Randall S. Booker and William J. Bremer, as executor under the last will and testament of Mary J. Bremer, his mother, respectively, appeal from the superior court’s decree in equity setting aside a deed by which Bremer sold certain oceanfront property to Booker in violation of an alleged prior right of first refusal in favor of appelleeplaintiff Stephen R.
