The R. Hardesty Mfg. Co., hereinafter referred to as the claimant, intervened in an action brought in the district court of Park County, Wyoming, wherein the Interstate Construction Company was plaintiff and the Lakeview Canal Company and others were defendants, the case being the same ease decided on appeal in this court on this date.
