BLUMENFELD, District Judge.
The plaintiff seeks damages for the death of his decedent arising out of an automobile accident which occurred in the Bahamas; and, in connection therewith, has filed a request under Rule 33 F.R.Civ.P., 28 U.S.C.A. for answers as to whether or not the defendant was covered as an assured under an auto liability insurance policy on the date of the accident; and, if so, what was the monetary limit of coverage on liability for bodily injury and death with respect to each person injured or killed in any given accident.
