KENNEDY, District Judge.
Defendants Lemar Esters and Gladys Harris are charged with violating certain provisions of the Federal narcotic drug laws; namely, Title 26, United States Code, Section 4704(a). On April 19, 1971, the Court ordered that certain evidence seized from the premises in which the defendants were arrested be suppressed.
