A.G. (“Petitioner”) is the great-grandmother of T.M.G. (“the Child”), a nine year old girl. Petitioner obtained temporary custody of the Child in 2001. In 2006, Petitioner filed suit seeking to terminate the parental rights of the Child’s biological father, P.M. (“Father”).
