BACKGROUND

Presently pending before this Court is Plaintiff D.L. Baker’s (“Baker”) Motion for Partial Summary Judgment in an action to recover a deficiency balance allegedly owing on Defendant’s securities account with Plaintiff. Baker is a securities broker-dealer in Cleveland, Ohio and is registered with the New York Stock Exchange and the National Association of Securities Dealers.
