Upon receiving a tip from a confidential informant that a vehicle being driven by Plaintiff Calvin Richardson (“Mr. Richardson”) contained illegal drugs, Defendant Corey Mason (“Mason”), a sergeant with the Georgetown-Quitman County Sheriffs Office, stopped Mr. Richardson’s vehicle to conduct an investigatory stop.
