The master found that “Giuseppe Nardini carried on a long established business at 6 North Main Street and was widely known throughout northern New England as a restaurant owner . . . had built it up so that ‘Nardini’ was a word of wide reputation and of considerable value in connection with the restaurant business. Signs bearing his name were scattered widely over this state and elsewhere.
