THIS MATTER is before the Court on a Motion to Quash filed on behalf of federal petitioner Manuel Ypsilantes. Mr. Ypsilantes is the Safety Supervisor for the Denver area Office of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (“OSHA”), Unit ed States Department of Labor (“DOL”).
