Miller seeks reformation of an instrument dated September 4, 1935, and declaratory and injunctive relief. A master’s report was confirmed and a final decree was entered dismissing the bill. Miller appealed.

On September 4, 1935, Miller and the bank entered into an agreement, by which Miller agreed to buy, and the bank to sell, a house and lot in Brockton.
