This is a writ of error to the judgment of the Circuit Court of the city of Richmond, in an action of debt, and for con*346venience the plaintiffs in error, W. O. & C. G. Burton, a partnership, will he spoken of in this opinion as “the Burtons,” and the Frank A. Seifert Plastic Belief Company, a corporation, as “Seifert & Co.”
