The defendant was convicted of first-degree murder. On appeal, he urges reversal on the ground that the trial court erred in several respects. We find no reversible error and therefore affirm.

The evidence in brief reveals that the defendant and the victim had been drinking at a bar. They left the bar in the victim’s automobile. The victim got out of the car on a country road and the defendant got behind the wheel and sped away.
