This appeal was taken from a judgment of the Elkhart Superior Court in an action based on a claim against a decedent’s estate to enforce the super-added liability incident to ownership of capital ♦stock in banks organized under the laws of the State of Michigan. The appellants are Mark S. McKinstry, Benjamin S. Peck and Claus H.
