¶1 Lionel James Demontiney seeks a Writ of Supervisory Control directing the Montana Twelfth Judicial District Court, Hill County, and Judge John Warner to grant the defendant’s Alternative Motions to Amend Verdict or for New Trial and vacate the jury’s verdict of guilty.
