In this workmen’s compensation case the South Carolina Industrial Commission affirmed and adopted the opin.ion of the hearing commissioner, which resolved all issues against the claimant and in favor of the employer. The claimant appealed to the circuit court upon the ground, inter alia, that the commission erred in holding that claimant had not been injured by an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment, the error being that the evidence showed there had been such an accidental injury.
