ORDER GRANTING RELIEF FROM STAY

HOWARD R. TALLMAN, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter is brought under § 362 for relief from stay filed by Congress Financial Corp. against the Alleged Debtor to allow a foreclosure action to proceed to its conclusion in the state of New York. The Court is aware that the Alleged Debtor’s funding, for the purposes of this pending involuntary case will end as of December 12, 2003, so the Court has issued this ruling to advise the parties as quickly as possible of the Court’s decision, subject to further supplementation if necessary.
