Appellant filed his claim with the Industrial Board of Indiana for adjustment of claim for compensation for an injury as the result of an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment by appellee. From an award by the Full Industrial Board refusing compensation, this appeal is prosecuted.
All the questions raised by the various assigned errors may be considered under the single assignment, “That the award of the Full Industrial Board is contrary to law.”
