Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Connor, J.), entered April 19, 1993 in Columbia County, which, upon reargument, adhered to its prior decision granting Sharon M. Levi’s motion for interim accounting fees and denying Michael M. Levi’s cross motion for a change of venue.
In August 1989, Michael M. Levi (hereinafter plaintiff) commenced an action for divorce and equitable distribution in Columbia County (action No. 1), where the parties’ primary residence, a farm, is located.
