This appeal arises from a final judgment resulting from a jury’s multi-million dollar verdict for damages from a fatal auto collision occurring on October 9, 2006. Appellant Andy Claudio a/k/a Andy Ortiz (hereinafter Mr. Claudio) owned an auto that was jointly titled with his father, Dolores Claudio Ortiz.1 While driving this auto, Mr. Claudio was involved in a fatal collision with appellee Lourdes Regalado Falcon (“Mrs. Regalado”) who was transporting her three minor children: Ismelys Regalado, who was killed in the crash; ap-pellee Ismerai Regalado; and appellee Mi-sael…
