LÓKEN, Circuit Judge.

After one brief telephone conversation, James Kuntz sued Rodenburg LLP (“Ror denburg”), a North Dakota debt collection law firm hired to collect his daughter’s consumer debt, asserting multiple violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1692d-f.
