OPINION

{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Shawn Koehring, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas granting the motion of defendant-appellee, the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction ("ODRC"), to dismiss plaintiff's motion to vacate an adverse arbitrator's award. For the following reasons, we affirm the common pleas court's judgment.
