MEMORANDUM OPINION After filing a voluntary petition for relief under chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code, Debtor became aware that the largest debt he seeks to discharge is eligible for a chapter 13 super discharge.1 Debtor hired new bankruptcy counsel and filed a Motion to Convert from Chapter 7 to Chapter 13 (“Motion to Convert”–Doc. 32).
