I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiffs, forty-nine current and former patrolmen employed by Defendants, the Town of Agawam and the Agawam Police Department (collectively, the “Town”), have brought suit against the Town alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA” or the “Act”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 201 et seq. This court initially granted summary judgment in favor of Defendants, but on appeal the First Circuit reversed in part and remanded the case for further proceedings. See…
