*537“Where possible, a contract should be interpreted to avoid inconsistencies and to give meaning to all of its provisions, giving a practical and reasonable interpretation to the language employed and the parties’ reasonable expectations with respect thereto” (Malleolo v Malleolo, 287 AD2d 603, 603-604 [2001]; see W.W.W. Assoc. v Giancontieri, 77 NY2d 157, 162 [1990]). Therefore, “a court should not adopt an interpretation which would leave any provision without force and effect” (Gonzalez v Norrito, 256 AD2d 440, 440 [1998]).
