McMILLIAN, Circuit Judge.

Lynn F. Schmitz appeals from a final judgment entered in the United States District Court 1 for the Northern District of Iowa following his conditional plea of guilty to one count of unlawful possession of ammunition by a felon, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). The district court sentenced Schmitz to ninety months imprisonment, three years of supervised release, and a special assessment of $100.00. United States v.
