Plaintiffs, Charley Boyd and Lillie May Boyd, his wife, brought this action against defendants, the Prudential Insurance Company of America and J. A. Banker, to recover damages for fraudulent representations in connection with the sale of real estate. The trial court sustained a demurrer to plaintiffs’ evidence, and plaintiffs appeal.
