MEMORANDUM OPINION

JAMES J. ROBINSON, Bankruptcy Judge.

Darrell K. Shadinger (“Defendant” and “Debtor”) and his wife filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy petition in this Court on October 14, 2005. On March 6, 2006, High Cotton Enterprises, Inc. (“High Cotton” and “Plaintiff’) commenced this adversary proceeding against the Debtor. 1 In its complaint, the Plaintiff claims the Defendant is personally liable for an unpaid open account incurred through a series of credit sales by the Plaintiff to Char-PenShir Hosiery, Inc.
