Weeks after this Court confirmed the Debtors’ chapter 11 plan of liquidation, certain holders of the Debtors’ consumer gift-cards filed a motion seeking entry of an order authorizing them to file untimely proofs of claim based on the amounts remaining on their consumer gift-cards.
