RIVES, Chief Judge.

This appeal in a case brought under the Texas Workmen’s Compensation Act 1 is from a judgment entered upon the following verdict:

“We, the Jury, find for the plaintiff for 200 weeks total incapacity and 0 weeks partial incapacity. We find the difference between plaintiff’s average weekly wages before his injury and his average weekly earning capacity to be $.......... We fur ther find for (for or against) accelerated payments.
