SECTION I ORDER Before the Court is a motion1 for a new trial filed by defendants Corbett Reddoch (“Reddoch”), Ryan Hebert (“Hebert”), and Sheriff Gerald A. Turlich, Jr., in his official capacity as Sheriff of Plaquemines Parish (collectively, “defendants”). Plaintiff Michael R.
